Safia was a tremendous support since she helped develop a plan that fit into my lifestyle. I have made changes to my nutrition that I will carry forward for a lifetime and are completely sustainable.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been my face looks visibly slimmer and my complexion has improved dramatically. I began to notice these changes in the first few weeks of the program. I also feel like I have lost a layer of fat from my entire physique while never depriving myself of chocolate!
During the program, I lost 8 lbs, 19 inches and never felt low in energy or sluggish. Safia is incredibly supportive and positive never punitive. She builds a plan which adapts to your lifestyle and doesn’t judge you. Just helps you tweak and improve!

My top three goals upon starting the program were to learn how to eat in order to fuel my body for the level of physical activity I enjoy, to understand and to reduce my cravings for sweets and processed foods, and to improve my sleep.
Safia was able to help me work toward these goals by first listening to what I said I needed in order to achieve my goals and transform my relationship with food. She gave me a weekly planner and simple, delicious recipes for home cooked meals. I emailed her almost daily with food logs or with emotions that I was trying to unpack surrounding food. Safia was patient. We implemented big changes when I felt confident (such as home cooked meals, trying different foods I had developed irrational fears of, etc.), and sometimes, we pulled back to simplify, to process and to re-calibrate.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program was stopping my caffeine intake immediately. It was interesting, because it wasn’t one of the goals I had anticipated before I signed on with Safia with a full 6-month program. I had to be honest with myself, and I realised how much coffee cause my moods to go up and down, how it affected my appetite, and how negatively it disrupted my sleep. If I was even going to try to tackle the issues I had with food, the coffee and caffeine had to go.
The most significant overall change I have noticed has been I’m not afraid to cook, and the food I make for myself satiates me! And I am less rigid with my beliefs surrounding food. Safia taught me that food is secondary, that the primary foods in my life are my relationships, my career, spirituality, and exercise. Furthermore, after the program ended, I realised I needed a higher level of care to tackle my interrupted sleep patterns and depressive moods. Since I did everything in my power to regulate myself, I was open to trying psychotherapy and accepting a medicine that has truly been a miracle. It’s a miracle – I sleep now.
 I didn’t expect Safia to be as effective as she was in challenging my beliefs surrounding food. She is so sweet and pretty and kind and patient, but Safia is also clear and assertive. I once emailed her, panicked, about a very large portion of sunflower seeds I had just mindlessly eaten. What was I to do about it? Her response was perfect in that it didn’t play into my emotional mind. Logically, she responded simply with something to effect of “Nothing. Drink water.” Safia taught me that my body was a perfect system, and that given a chance, it would process everything I put in it and would be restored to balance and health with real fuel and self-love!

Stressing out over what and how to eat on a daily basis is no longer part of my life.

My top three six month goals: reduce sugar cravings, reduce body fat and reduce stress levels.
Coach Safia helped me achieve these goals through a supportive and holistic approach that I was able to easily incorporate into my busy lifestyle.
The biggest tangible change I was able to achieve was around quitting sugar. Through Safia’s simple and straightforward approach I also learned that if I focus on portion, satiety and the quality of the foods I eat…my goals could easily be achieved. The most significant overall change was a shift in my body composition coupled with better digestive health. Stressing out over what and how to eat on a daily basis is also no longer part of my life.
Coach Safia’s style is extremely supportive and positive. She also gets you to think about things beyond the surface level. Coach Safia is also highly attuned to the challenges around eating well when you have a busy lifestyle. My top three goals upon the program were 1 – to eliminate processed foods (especially frozen meals) ; 2 – to prepare meals with low to no sugars, high protein and healthy fats and 3 – Read labels and try to eat more organic.
Safia was able to help me work toward these goals by making me aware of how many foods contain sugars. Even some healthy foods contain high sugar. I find that I really pay close attention to reading the ingredients on a label before buying an item. I eat lots of leafy greens, protein and essential fats.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been my loss of weight and inches. I look leaner and feel more energetic. I feel good overall.
The most significant overall change I have noticed has been what I am eating in general. I am really aware of what I am buying at the grocery store to what I order out at a restaurant. My eating habits have changed considerably. I also keep a strict workout regimen.
Safia is a very motivative coach. She has started me on a new lifestyle of eating. I don’t consider my change a “diet” it’s just a new lifestyle of eating the right foods. I would recommend Coach Safia to anyone who wants to change their body and eating habits. You will really learn what you are putting in your body. It’s all a science.

My top three goals upon starting the program were one – losing weight (weight gained during my second pregnancy, especially in the abdominal area), two – gaining muscle tone, strength, and endurance, three – feeling healthier overall/incorporating healthier choices into my diet.
Safia was able to help me work toward these goals by offering me specific tools, such as food journaling, grocery shopping tutorial, recipes, and advice on when and what to eat while allowing me room to experiment with my own food preferences and understanding depending on my own personal circumstances.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been: I lost a good number of inches (nearly 10!!) during Transformation and am now able to fit into sizes I hadn’t fit into since before I was pregnant with my second child. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been I feel overall much healthier and cleaner. My overall strength, endurance, and sense of self have improved and it is great to feel as though I am continuing to make improvements as I exercise and eat well. 
I would describe Coach Safia as tough, but incredibly giving! She is considerate, positive, and very helpful. The personal approach was particularly useful since not everyone has the same issues or problems so it was excellent to be able to discuss specific concerns with her and address the ways in which I could make changes. I enjoyed laughing a lot with Safia!
